Toni is out sick! Ack!  Thankfully, The Toph from The Gravity Beard podcast joins Liz for an episode about being a good neighbor. Some of our favorites? Don't' be a weird room mate. Don't speed through the neighborhood streets. Don't be inconsiderate with noisy activities and animals!

Today Liz and Toni are joined by Mark Norman.  Mark runs an IT Consulting firm in Miami, Florida where he provides white glove service to high end clients. We learned lots of useful tips on things to do before calling technical support, AND information to have handy when you do make the call.

Take Aways:

1. Reboot your computer.  It really is a remedy.  There are scripts and things that run when the computer starts up that are designed to fix things. (that's the non-technical explanation....haha)
2. If you are calling a friend for help, try Googling your issue or asking someone else in the office before you call IT.
3. Pay attention to the problem you need solved.  The more information you have when you talk to IT, the easier it will be for them to solve your issue.
4. Don't be that guy. Seriously.
